The service

LocalShopWebsites provides subscription software with plan based usage limits. A paid plan is required for paid features, and usage is metered against your plan allowance.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You may sign in with email and password or with a supported social provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep your rights to content you provide and to outputs made for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every item you upload, and that your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for how you use and publish your outputs, including compliance with the rules of any platform where you post.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrades apply immediately with proration. Downgrades and monthly to yearly moves take effect at the end of the billing period, and you keep current limits until then. Yearly plans cannot switch back to monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period through the in app cancellation flow. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive activity, attempt to breach security or usage limits, resell access without permission, or misrepresent generated content as authentic. We may rate limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time, with access continuing to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for breach, nonpayment, or abuse. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation or any particular outcome from your use of the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes take effect after reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
